These only do anything on the days you’re wearing them, and most men own more underwear than they think. Sperm production runs on a cycle of roughly 63-74 days – if you’re going to do this, do it properly for a full cycle rather than two days a week.

No, and we won’t say they will. What we measured is temperature and shielding. The research linking scrotal temperature to sperm parameters is other people’s work on temperature in general — not a study of this product. If you are trying to conceive and it isn’t happening, see a doctor.
